Abstract


With the development of the global economy , the business environment has undergone tremendous changes , enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition . Enterprises to survive and develop in such an environment , the need to implement the strategic plan to the business operations and comprehensive from all aspects of operations to improve performance standards to gain market advantage and improve competitiveness . In this case , the development and the establishment of a set of scientific and effective performance evaluation system , follow - up and implementation of strategies within the enterprise and effectively motivate employees is particularly important .
