Abstract


With the trends of economic globalization and international competition intensifies , the concept of high-tech enterprise human resource allocation and also correspondingly change . This paper analyzes the development trend of China's high-tech enterprises in the context of globalization . The one hand , the high-tech enterprises in China to implement the global human resources strategy will promote innovation and development , but also have a cultural conflict between employees from different countries , and lead to the distrust of the staff of the enterprise . In the process of globalization , the Chinese culture and the culture of other countries to further blend the collision , conflict ; case of culture there is a huge common interests , a correct understanding of cause employees trust and understanding perceptual factors play a human resources management role correctly deal with cultural differences , and promote cultural integration ; strengthen cross-cultural training , to develop cross-cultural talent ; implementing human resource localization strategy ; improve the management of international level , so that a proper understanding of the cognitive multinational cultural differences , the establishment of high-tech enterprises culture of trust , to achieve the common development of enterprises and employees .
