Abstract


Has become a technological innovation capability of enterprises, especially high-tech enterprise core competitiveness , one of the criteria . And research and development capacity is directly related to the innovation capacity of enterprises , and how to effectively manage enterprise technology research and development has become an important topic in today 's enterprise . In the competitive environment of today 's R \u0026 D capabilities , technology research and development mode from internal R \u0026 D in the past and change direction to obtain external technical ability . Cooperation in research and development, the formation of virtual R \u0026 D alliances has become an important technology acquisition mode . From game theory , the operating mechanism of the virtual R \u0026 D alliances main contents of this paper are as follows : First , introduce the concept of virtual R \u0026 D alliances and characteristics , and game theory theory . Review of previous studies on the concept of virtual R \u0026 D alliances , characteristics , and The Game Analysis will be conducted to do the basic theory of narrative . Secondly, in reference to the basis of previous studies on the use of game theory to build a three-stage game model of virtual R \u0026 D alliances between enterprises , using static game model to analyze the impact of alliances between enterprises build on the level of investment in R \u0026 D and product markets . Again , the use of the previous theoretical and a summary of the previous theoretical design of virtual R \u0026 D alliances between enterprises operating mechanism . Design of the operating mechanism of the virtual R \u0026 D alliances mainly from four aspects of trust mechanisms , incentives , coordination mechanisms , inspection mechanism and case analysis . Finally, a summary of the research content on a study of this topic innovations and future research directions .
