Abstract


The knowledge-based economy of the 21st century will gradually occupy the dominant position of the international economy , as the basic unit of the enterprise knowledge innovation R \u0026 D team , playing an important role . Every enterprise R \u0026 D team member composition are not all the same , it is necessary to understand the knowledge of its team members constitute , which targeted staffing and configuration tasks , to improve the R \u0026 D team knowledge innovation performance . In this process , the role of shared mental models can not be ignored , it is starting from the two levels of the duplication and distribution of knowledge , and provides a new perspective for the study of the performance of the team knowledge innovation . This study is based employees increasingly diversified background , starting from the point of view of corporate R \u0026 D team , first introduced the team knowledge heterogeneity , shared mental models and R \u0026 D team knowledge innovation connotations , and then explore the knowledge heterogeneity and shared mental models for R \u0026 D team knowledge innovation performance , as well as the intermediary role of shared mental models . This article , based on analysis of previous literature , conducted personal interviews and a questionnaire survey , after careful analysis of the data reveals knowledge heterogeneity , shared mental models and R \u0026 D team knowledge innovation performance among relations , draw the following the main conclusions : (1) knowledge heterogeneity and shared mental models significantly correlated ; ( 2 ) shared mental model of the R \u0026 D team knowledge innovation performance significantly positive correlation ; ( 3 ) knowledge of the heterogeneity of the R \u0026 D team knowledge innovation performance process , shared mental model plays an intermediary role . Finally, based on the above findings , the paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the performance of corporate R \u0026 D team knowledge innovation , and pointed out the lack of research , the outlook for future research directions .
