Abstract

To ensure the healthy and sustainable development of China's social and economic, the state has proposed a series of farmland protection policy in order to achieve the dynamic equilibrium of the total arable land to ensure grain production and 18 million mu of arable land red line. Chongqing urban and rural areas supporting the test area and the southern rice demonstration zone, not only to meet the demand for land for rapid economic development, but also to ensure that the population required food production. However, arable current situation in Chongqing, Chongqing arable land there is poor quality, poor production conditions, low food production problems and improve the quality of cultivated land, to build high-standard farmland imminent. Therefore, this study is based on the concept of high-standard farmland construction in Chongqing, research on construction standards and building mode, in order to be able to achieve high standard of farmland in Chongqing reference standard. Summary of progress in the study on the quality of cultivated land on the basis of building around the high-standard farmland, Chongqing agricultural land reference classification and grading results, Chongqing is divided into the hilly area for Western Chongqing Yuzhong parallel Ridge Valley hilly area, four high-standard farmland construction type area southeast Chongqing and low in the mountains and in the mountains northeast of Chongqing, and Chongqing arable land status and the high standard of farmland analysis, achieved the following results: 1, based on 2008 the Chongqing land use change survey and land resources in Chongqing, the Chongqing arable land quantity and quality of the status quo analysis, results showed that: (1) Chongqing uneven distribution of arable land, the quality difference is obvious, including cultivated mainly Yuxi and the Yuzhong area, the better the quality of cultivated land; southeast Chongqing and Chongqing northeast area of ??arable land, arable land to dry land, of poor quality.
