Abstract


With the vigorous development of the land market, land plays an increasingly important role in urban construction of China's national economy. Premium and closely related to people's daily lives, and regulation of the land market is also an important part of the national macro-control. In recent years, some local land prices showed excessive development trends, or huge, triggered a social concern. Research the premium development trends, the timely release premium police intelligence information, not only for the government macro-control policies to develop a reasonable basis, to provide a reference for corporate investment decisions, the sustained, healthy and rapid development of the national economy as a whole is also important. Draw domestic and international economic early warning and real estate market early warning research based on summarizing the characteristics and laws of urban land price fluctuations, reveals the theories and methods of urban land price warning and Ganzhou residential land market, for example, systems analysis change the dynamic trend of real estate prices, to provide a scientific basis for the macro-control of the land market.
