Abstract


Building a socialist harmonious society requires us to pay special attention to the status and changes in all levels of society , from a sociological point of view , all levels of society structure is reasonable or not is an extremely important factor that affects social stability . Since the nineties of the last century , the massive rural labor force going into the city , it is not only for the development of China 's industrialization broad labor market , provide more channels for the income generation of large masses of peasants . More farmers to improve the income level of the masses , not only for the production of subsistence provides a huge demand for space , but also for China 's industrialization , modernization and development to provide a broader consumer market , as well as a large number of rural surplus labor transfer provide more channels . Throughout history , since the reform and opening in 1978 , the wages of migrant workers fluctuated considerably , not only by the impact of socio-economic development and other factors also constantly being practitioners environmental restrictions . Whole, the income level of China 's migrant workers constantly showed a rising trend , but with the growth of the income of urban residents out of sync , out of sync with the economic development , out of sync with the improvement of the labor survival . According to the National Bureau of Statistics data show that in 2009 China 's eastern urban-rural income ratio 2.9:1 Central is more than 3:1 , western 3.4:1 top . Clearly , China 's urban-rural income gap continues to expand . Long-term sustainability of this situation , will seriously damage the fairness of the socialist society , impede the process of the building of a harmonious socialist society , and enhance the socialist social instability risk factors . This article to discuss the status quo of China 's migrant workers income distribution and the problems analyzed in this focus , and the combination of classical theory of Marxism and social reality anchored , trying to seek a more reasonable solution from the two perspectives of theory and reality .
