Abstract


In this paper, Pugionium Species of apical experimental material using conventional tabletting method to study the material Pugionium genus seven chromosome number and its karyotype and karyotype characteristic cluster analysis ; addition , to sand Brassica pollen mother cells as experimental material , observed during meiosis , and the results showed that : 1 . Pugionium interphase nuclei characterized the genus ball - rod karyotype . 2 Pugionium genus chromosomes are diploid ; the materials Pugionium two narrow wings Pugionium , chromosome number 22 broadly winged Pugionium , ax -shaped sand mustard , from the fruit Pugionium , the crown Pugionium special II Pugionium are 20.3 the Pugionium species of karyotype asymmetry coefficient range of 61.91% to 63.59% ; \From the relative length Pugionium species with short chromosome , in short chromosomes, in the long chromosome and several types of long chromosomes ; chromosome submetacentric chromosomes (sm) and metacentric chromosome type ( m) two. By the genus Pugionium karyotype characteristics clustering analysis , sand Brassica seven were divided into two groups . Meiosis observed univalents appear the Sand mustard and distance the fruit Pugionium in trivalents ; chromosomes in the first meiotic anaphase sand mustard , ax -shaped sand mustard and wide -winged Pugionium bridge appear ; lagging chromosomes the wide - winged Pugionium and from fruit Pugionium , anaphase Ⅰ and anaphase Ⅱ ; Pugionium species tetrad have tetrahedral and around the two symmetrical cytokinesis way are simultaneous type . This paper determines the reference plants of the genus chromosome number and karyotype Pugionium rich the cytology study the contents of the cruciferous plants , is a systematic classification of plants Pugionium evolutionary studies . The by observing Pugionium meiotic process is a part of the plant the reference species developmental biology research and plant breeding Pugionium .
