Abstract

In this thesis, synthesis and structural characterization of metal - organic coordination polymers, designed to study the structural diversity of metal - organic coordination polymers, and on the basis of structural studies to explore the synthesis conditions and structure, the structure and performance of the The inter-relationship. Through the selection of the carboxylic acid 1,2 bis (4 - carboxylic acid phenoxy yl) ethane (H2eoba), 1,2 - bis (2,5 - di carboxylic acid phenoxy) ethane (H2bdpe), 5 - hydroxy-isophthalic acid (5-OH-bdc), 5 - nitro-isophthalic acid (5-NO2-bdc) to build the ligand, 1,1 '- (1,4 - butane) bis (imidazol- ) (BBI) the regulation of the auxiliary ligand, and the rare earth transition metal ions. Solvothermal / hydrothermal synthesis of 10 with a two-dimensional, three-dimensional structure of the metal - organic coordination polymers, and its X-ray diffraction structure analysis, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and differential thermal - TG analysis. MF Complexes as follows: 1: {Co (5-HO-bdc) (bbi)} n2: {Ni (5-HO-bdc) (bbi)} n3: {Cd (5-HO-bdc) (bbi) } n4: {Mn (5-HO-bdc) (bbi)} n5: {Cu (5-HO-bdc) (bbi) 0.5} n6: {[Co2 (5-NO2-bdc) 2 (bbi) 2 ( H2O)] · 3H2O} n7: {[Gd2 (5-NO2-bdc) 3 (DMF) 4] · 2DMF} n8: {Co (eoba) 2 (bbi)} n9: {[Zn (bdpe) 0.5 (bbi )] H2O} N10: {[of Co (bdpe) 0.5 (BBI)] H2O} n 5 - substituted isophthalic acid (5-M-BDCs) as a ligand, 1,1 '- (1,4- - butane) bis (imidazole) (BBI) as an auxiliary ligand, the synthesis of complexes 1-7. The single crystal structure analysis to determine: complex 1 is a two-dimensional wave-layer interspersed with each other interlocking three-dimensional network structure. Complexes 2,3,4 same structure, is a three-dimensional structure through hydrogen bonds formed by the two-dimensional layer structure. Complex 5 is two-fold interpenetrating three-dimensional structure. Complex 6 is a three-dimensional structure, wherein the complex metal ions Co2 having four ligands, hexacoordination two configurations. Complex 7 is a three-dimensional skeleton structure is formed by Gd3 of rare earth ions with an organic ligand. Ligand bbi to H2eoba.H2bdpe as ancillary ligands via solvothermal synthesis of complexes 8-10. The crystal structure analysis to determine: the complexes 8 is a three-dimensional structure is formed by the accumulation of the two-dimensional layered structure. Complexes 9 and 10 of the same structure, by H4bdpe bbi ligand with the metal ions Zn2 CO2 forming a three-dimensional triple interspersed structure. The paper 10 complex topology analysis, results showed that the complexes 1 4 - Connection of two-dimensional (44.62) topology; complexes 2, 3, 4 (3,5) - connect two-dimensional (42.6) (42.67.8) topology; complexes 5,7 6 - Connect the three-dimensional (412.63) topology; complexes 6 (3,4) - connected to a three-dimensional (4 · 82) (4.85) topology; Complex 8 6 - Connect the two-dimensional (42.68.8.104) topology; complexes 9,10 (4,4) - connection (65.8 ) (64.82) mixed three-dimensional topology. This thesis complexes 1,2,6,8,9 thermal stability analysis, the results showed that the complexes of 1,2,8,9 better stability.
