Abstract


This paper studies a tape manufacturing plant, its main product A from September 2009 production has been stubbornly high manufacturing costs , in order to optimize the manufacturing costs, plant starting in 2010 with its own production using lean production theory of the production process , including technology, operations , layout, lean manufacturing and other aspects of culture to build a positive and effective improvements , and achieved good results, which greatly reduces the cost of manufacturing , revealing manufacturing enterprises can implement lean manufacturing practicality and necessity . This paper summarized enterprise manufacturing cost control and lean production theories , based on the analysis of the tape as a research subject in a manufacturing plant 's production operations and main product A manufacturing cost structure , with the United States and Japan, with the same workshop series manufacturing cost comparison , the proposed manufacturing cost optimization problem by making the status quo of the current value stream analysis pointed out that the current production of the main problems , and apply the theory of lean manufacturing processes one on , step two with targeted of lean production to improve specific programs , and further proposed to build a culture of lean manufacturing workshop program to strengthen the sustainability of lean production and systematization . The final papers of the workshop Lean implementation of several projects for improvement and cost optimization results are summarized , and for the contents of this thesis, a summary , and finally the workshop in the future to further enhance the operation of lean production in the direction of the Prospects . This study on manufacturing enterprises in the application and the initial stage of the implementation of lean production has a certain reference value and reference for the general implementation of lean production enterprise also has a certain theoretical and methodological guidance role .
