Abstract


Since the first commercial nuclear power plant in the world was put into operation in the mid 50s of the 20th century, nuclear energy has been viewed as safe, economic, new clean energy source adopting the most matured technology. With the rapid growth of China’s national economy and under the circumstance of human growing focus on greenhouse effect and today’s gradual lack in world energy, active boosting of nuclear power plant construction has been become a very important policy of energy construction in China. At present, our nuclear power construction enters a period of rapid development. However, it also brings series of risks problems that may result in possible deterioration of the environments around nuclear power stations. The government, NPP construction and operation enterprises shall undertake their corresponding environmental responsibilities,it’s very important to search environmental responsibility of Nuclear Power Station at the right time.Through the research and analysis of environmental responsibility of the building of Nuclear Power Station L, in order to discuss how to undertake environmental responsibilityon the nuclear power enterprises effectively under the circumstances of large scale development nuclear power at present.Through the nuclear power plant environment responsibility research background and paper, research situation, L nuclear power station to implement environment responsibility and analysis, L nuclear power plant environment responsibility problems and the reasons for the analysis, to research how to improve the nuclear power plant environment risk management, environmental performance management, technical design management, construction management and equipment manufacturing management and environmental management consciousness of ascension that make nuclear power plant can effectively fulfill relevant enterprise environmental responsibility, L nuclear power plant to implement environment responsibility which will be used for reference to other nuclear power plants,This article through the historical analysis, comparative analysis and L nuclear power station to perform empirical analysis of the environment responsibility, it can be concluded that the effective supervision by the government and related industry policy formulation can better guide to corporate environmental responsibility, nuclear power plant nuclear plant construction enterprise should conscientiously through relevant to strengthen environmental management risk awareness, carry out environmental performance management responsibility system, strengthening the management of technical design environment, strengthening the countermeasures in the management of equipment manufacturing environment, strengthening the construction of countermeasures and construction management of environment countermeasures, such as lead people to participate in way, eventually can effectively resolve the environment responsibility of nuclear power plants.
