Abstract


Accompanied by advance of urbanization progress the connection between cities and towns is crying for intercity transportation network, and elevated railway station is suitable for more wide area.As a new form of architecture, there are many problems arising in construction and usage. Being in such condition, it is urgent to carry out systematical research on Elevated railway station, which is meaningful and valuable,in the hope of provide some helpful reference for related theory and design practice activities.There are five chapters in this thesis. Chapter 1 is Introduction, which mainly states background/meaning/ research methods, and related theory research result of this topic. Chapter 2 mainly analyses Elevated railway station plan composing procedures, and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of Elevated railway station combining Elevated railway station cases in domestics together. Chapter 3 recommends the idea and skill of sculpt for facade. Chapter 4 provides technique methods on design point to resolve problems in usage,”a stitch in time save nine”. The last part is conclusion, making conclusion on issues researched in this thesis and proposing referenced ideas for related thoughts in the future.
