Abstract


In the 1980s,in the national poverty policy and market supply and demand, stay under the influence of as a new form of the tourism arises at the historic moment, and with its unique characteristic of the city in attracting tourists travel for purpose into the country. In the course of development, The farm that rely on tourism resources and are no longer limited to traditional agriculture, The natural landscape, many places of interest, which characteristic resource has become the main farm on tourism resources. Organic architecture is a tourist destination entity space elements, is the most intuitive tourist destination image expression, has a direct impact on visitors in the process of farm tourism in feeling, so reasonable alternative for the entire farm architectural design can promotes the development of tourism. This paper, by investigation of farm and collect the relevant existing literature material, analyze the influence of various factors of farm architectural design, architectural design for future theoretical reference to farm. According to various influence factors, respectively expounds houses rebuilt new type of farm and development of alternative building design strategies, actual case analysis, elaborated the architecture design strategy for the future of the specific application of the related project, designed to provide practical guide.Paper is divided into four parts. The first part (introduction) to article expatiates the background, reasons, purpose, significance as well as the domestic and foreign relevant theoretical research, paper research methods are illustrated. The second part (from chapter ii) system structure of the farm tourism, combining with typical examples of xian farm, summarized the research of architectural design influence three factors of farm. The third part (the third and fourth chapter) to the influence factors of summarized and analyzed respectively as the breakthrough point, farm houses rebuilt and development new type of farm design strategy, which is expounded by the example analysis of the design method of actual application. The fourth part (chapter 5) to papers in theoretical study and practical research, and points out that the thesis makes a summary of deficiency.
