Abstract


The interactive technology, integration and integration-test of the simulation system, studied in this paper, is used to the rocket test&Launch system.“XX Satellite-Launch Center”want to promote the informatization degree of it’sremote test technology and need to develop a system for rocket-test training. Based on long-term rocket-test experience,“launch vehicle test process simulation system”has been eveloped for it.“Test report”was used and made into simulation information. From the standpoint of whole system, Carrier Rocket test system is constituted by multiple subsystems, such as mission management subsystem, control subsystem, dynamic subsystem, measurement subsystem and utilization subsystem. From the standpoint of test items, Carrier Rocket test system is constituted by test-items, such as unit test, subsystem test and overall test.Though it’s a small-scale distributed simulation systems, the simulation system, in the demand, is composed of various module and need application scalability for future expend. So it’s meaningful to study the interactive, integration and integration-test of the system.After comprehending the architecture of rocket system and rocket test&Launch system, the author make a study on the the system’s integration, integration interface and integration-test.In order to simplify the difficulty of the interaction, the author divide the system into rocket structure system and rocket test&launch system by the perspective of the horizontal structure of the system, and then integrate them. The author divide the system into RTI interface module, the simulation plot promote module, the numerical calculation module, visual model module, NI operation module and NI state data show module by the perspective of the cascade of modules and then integrate them.After introducing the interface of each module, the author introduces the module-integration of the most important test item. Bassed on HLA interface and OMT, federation members can be integrated to send/receive messages effectively. The simulation scenario comes from the rocket test regulations. Bassed on simulation scenario, federation members can be integrated to reflect other members’messages and run the modules.This paper then describes the principle and techniques of integration-test to make sure the system runing without integration error. Bassed on HLA VV&A, the module can meet the need of requirement.Ues object-oriented approach, integration and its test can make the simulation module and it’s integration have object-oriented features, for the sake of that the simulation program has scalability and reusability of high levels. So the simulation system can be compatible with the new simulation technology, and easy for third-party modification and improvement.
