Abstract


So far, the development of human civilization is a progressive process but full of Contradictions. Along with the rapid development of modern industrial civilization, corresponding environmental problems are exposed; especially the important issue of environment deterioration and resource scarcity.The core of constructing ecological environment is harmonious development of human and nature, and follows the "unity" philosophy. At present, human survival environment degradation and resource scarcity are the results of human behavior do not follow the pace of nature. The focus of this paper is try to make environmental behavior as subject, and study the effect factors of construct ecological environment from the government behavior, enterprise behavior, urban behavior, behavior of farmer, public behavior. The research results of our study will help improve people’s ecological behavioral consciousness and realize the importance of the ecological environment construction. Therefore, study the ecological environment from the perspective of human behavior has become an important issue.Based on the theory of ecological environment and human behavior, this paper research the ecological environment construction from human psychological and behavioral perspective. Analysis and synthesis of the ecological behavior of the theoretical and practical issues, meanwhile, In the build process to protect the environment and conserving natural resources acts as an ecological standpoint, to shape the construction of ecological environment of actors as the key link to building ecological building ecological behavior as an important support area. It makes the development strategies smooth implement of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone.In order to make better improvement of the economic area of Poyang Lake Ecological, we make the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone as the subject; lead ecological Economic Zone in the Poyang Lake Ecological Environment Construction more significant. Further provide some useful reference comments to comprehensive development of China’s Great Lakes basin, regional and international cooperation in eco-economic development. Construction cooperation provides the beneficial reference.
