Abstract

Within this study a single 314 as tested materials, 2009 trial setting farmers (F), high yield and high (HH), high yield (SH), ultra-high-yield (SHH) 4 种 cultivation mode. 2010 on SHH, SH modes set before sowing subsoiling (subsoiling 30cm) tests. Through the different cultivation measures, different production levels shoot aging populations law, comparative analysis of structural features, clear spring maize Super High Yielding shoot senescence and yield differences in laws and regulation mechanism. The results are as follows: Different Cultivation Modes spring popcorn grains in different layers between the blades of the performance of the lower leaves senescence earlier than the upper leaves, leaf senescence latest spike. With the birth process forward, the same soil root activity, POD, SOD activity showed decreasing trend, root activity showed maximum space downward trend; MDA content has shown an increasing trend, and with the soil depth increases. Loose maize roots after the first performance of the protective enzyme activity, root activity decreasing trend, indicating that the root senescence in time earlier than the leaf senescence. SHH and SH, HH, F compared to nitrogen fertilization and through the appropriate stage topdressing nitrogen fertilizer, reducing the density increases on dry matter accumulation, extending the spring maize populations high values ??of leaf area index duration, maintain the spring popcorn grains of higher total root surface area and total volume, improved root vigor, Pn, roots and leaves protective enzymes, and late fall is relatively slow, membrane lipid peroxidation (MDA) accumulation is slow. Subsoiling effectively improve the super high-yielding spring popcorn grain proportion of dry matter accumulation and LAI, significantly increased the super high-yielding maize roots total surface area, total volume and root dry weight. Leaf SPAD value, Fv / Fm, root activity and protective activity of roots and leaves were improved, less membrane lipid peroxidation. Subsoiling for super high-yielding maize 20-40cm soil root physiological and biochemical properties affect the most obvious. SHH and SH, HH, F compared to the yield and nitrogen use efficiency were the highest, were increased by 9.62%, 1.14%, 13.64%, and reached a very significant difference. Subsoiling treatments, SSHH, SSH, respectively, compared with a yield of SHH, SH increase of 9.25%, 7.82%, 4.57% nitrogen Lee efficiency, 6.03%. In summary, SSHH better able to maintain a strong spring and shoot the popcorn grains of active oxygen scavenging capacity and enhance grain of flower shoot physiological function, prevent premature aging, to ensure moisture and yield formation and a larger supply of inorganic nutrients leaf photosynthetic material sources and production, is able to obtain high yield of spring maize efficient important physiological foundation of maize cultivation in both high yield and efficient cultivation mode.
