Abstract

Research and production practice has proved that the, saline land development growing rice is one of the most effective ways of soda saline-alkali soil improvement and utilization. Saline-alkali soil pH, high salinity, saline land rice seedling Chuangtu of major foreign soil, a large number of black soil of the riverbed, mountain humus and quality upland field soil, and serious damage to the soil and vegetation. However, such a large amount of labor, borrow difficulties, In order to solve this problem, the question ectopic biological remediation technology improved saline-alkali soil, drawn near, and use it as a rice seedling bed soil in this experiment is divided into three parts: soda salt alkaline earth biological modifier bacteria culture; Sodic Soil ectopic Bioremediation Technology; compost soil rice seedling effect. The screening laboratory produced acid bacteria strains (acetic acid bacteria, Aspergillus niger), made of mixed bacterial suspension and set aside. Mixed microbial inoculants seeded in straw mixed with mild Sodic Soil moisture content adjusted to 65 percent compost. The following year, the compost soil as rice nursery bed soil nursery seedlings grow to clover as one measure the quality of seedlings. Can be seen through the experimental inoculation of acid-producing bacteria strains in the composting process, the compost the initial heap body temperature rose rapidly, to about composting 10d reached the highest value, and then decreased; compost early acid production greatly increased, such that the pH of the heap body rapid decline, with the reduced microbial activity, pH values ??increased slightly; the the soil composting EC value is lower than before composting 0.06-0.08; microbial agent inoculation soil compost moisture content than compost before high 11.8%. From the the compost effect of point of view, processing 1 (60% of saline-alkali soil, 40% of the straw acid-producing bacteria) than ideal compost. Rice seedling on the Effect of compost soil, composting soil is ideal rice nursery bed soil. Process namely the use of 40% of the straw and soil composting acid bacteria inoculated production nursery Chuangtu its first leaf length, leaf age, total root number, one hundred root dry weight, one hundred ground dry weight, plumpness equivalents are the highest; 3 that is commonly used by the riverbed black nursery, its plant height, leaf length, root length value is the maximum. Overall, the process 1 (inoculated agents) seedling quality is relatively strong than the other two processing can be said to add an appropriate proportion can be applied to rice nursery bed material, the compost soil inoculated microorganisms mixed inoculant DuiZhi soil, and the effect is quite good. At present, at home and abroad on saline-alkali soil improvement method improved hydraulic engineering, agricultural technology measures improved, chemically modified rare biological improvement. The experiment, and compost to the soil microbial agent inoculation is a new initiative of the saline-alkali soil improvement, an important improvement of saline-alkali soil.
