Abstract

Currently increasing livestock pollution, has yet to find a very thorough neither pollute the environment, but also to obtain certain economic benefits, while achieving piggery wastewater minimization, recycling and safe disposal of head to present proper Hainan international tourism island building healthy backdrop for the pig farm biogas slurry treatment resources, cost-efficient organic liquid fertilizer formulation, a fundamental solution to the environmental problems of large-scale pig farms, pig industry to achieve Hainan healthy, rapid and sustainable development. The test is Luoniushan mechanized farm biogas collection of different pre-concentration of swine waste processing mode, anaerobic fermentation, biogas find the best pre-enrichment processing mode, using its biogas slurry preparation of liquid organic fertilizer, conduct field comparison test, trial randomized block design, a total of five treatment: three different fertilizer liquid fertilizer processing, control fertilizer treatment, control, located three replicates per treatment. Combined with crop growth theories, research slurry liquid organic fertilizer in Pachira, mustard and pepper on fertilizer, reached the following main conclusions: (1) pre-concentration in the slurry handling swine waste under anaerobic fermentation slurry after its N, P, K content is much higher than the control, the less water in the pool, the slurry nutrients N, P, K content is higher; retained longer, their biogas nutrients N, P, K content is higher; due feed different pig eating 303 under the same conditions Makihara green waste slurry feed nutrient content is higher than 313 pigs eating green Makihara feed. Therefore, from a pool of water with biogas slurry nutrient content, retention time change trends, recommend the use of 133kg in the pool water, retained 3d, pig eating green Makihara 303 pre-concentration of feed slurry handling collection mode. To achieve the higher nutrient content of biogas is recommended to use the pool pigsty less water consumption, longer retention time to collect raw materials. (2) Liquid organic fertilizer formulated according to the principle of biogas, biogas slurry characteristics, crop growth stages of different nutrient demand, in line with national standards for liquid manure, slurry liquid organic fertilizer comprehensive preparation, and its N-P2O5-K2O 15 - 7-8. The total effective nutrient content in the same case, the slurry liquid organic fertilizer fertilizer prices lower than the 37.3% of Manchester ho, biogas slurry liquid organic fertilizer products are safe, non-toxic, is the nutrition, water soluble, high-quality fertilizer pollution . Slurry liquid organic fertilizer formulated with a lot of biogas, biogas resources to make treatment resources, not only to achieve aquaculture wastewater \and adjacent farming has long existed between water and soil due to eutrophication caused by contradictions. (3) Pachira Shi slurry liquid chlorophyll content of organic fertilizer fertilizer 750 kg · hm-2 under the conditions of high fertilizer than conventional facilities. Liquid organic fertilizer biogas Pachira favor the growth performance of the total leaf area, diameter, diameter, height, total biomass fresh weight, dry weight, total biomass, leaf biomass fresh weight than conventional fertilizer applied large. Integrated biogas liquid organic fertilizer Pachira reflect physiological indicators agronomic traits, biomass indicators, the experimental conditions, biogas liquid organic fertilizer Pachira best fertilizer on the amount of 750 kg · hm-2. (4) slurry liquid organic fertilizer fertilizer for the 1011 kg · hm-2 under the conditions of mustard slurry liquid organic fertilizer applied to the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, chlorophyll content than the control fertilizer Shi, Shi conventional fertilizer is high, and the difference was significant; slurry liquid organic fertilizer is conducive to the growth of mustard, expressed as plant fresh weight, dry weight, maximum leaf area, total leaf area, stem diameter, number of leaves than Shi Shi conventional fertilizers and fertilizer control large, however, the water content of mustard plants smaller difference than the applied slurry liquid organic fertilizer were applied fertilizer, fertilizer applied conventional long uniform; slurry liquid organic fertilizer than Shi Shi conventional fertilizers and manure were more conducive to the soluble sugar and mustard VC content of accumulation; considering the slurry liquid organic fertilizer on mustard reflect photosynthetic indicators, agronomic indicators, quality indicators, in the present experimental conditions, the slurry liquid organic fertilizer on mustard optimum fertilization was 1516 kg · hm -2. (5) biogas fertilizer liquid organic fertilizer at 1431 kg · hm-2 under the conditions applying slurry liquid organic fertilizer pepper net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, chlorophyll content than the control applied fertilizer is high, and significant difference; slurry liquid organic fertilizer is conducive to the growth of pepper, expressed as yield fresh weight, dry weight, height, total leaf area, stem diameter bigger than the applied fertilizer control; biogas liquid fertilizer organic fertilizer were more favorable than that applied pepper VC content of soluble sugar and accumulation; considering the slurry liquid organic fertilizer on pepper reflected photosynthetic indexes, agronomic indicators, quality indicators, in the present experimental conditions, the slurry liquid organic fertilizer on pepper is the best fertilizer 2146 kg · hm-2.
