Abstract


With a good autocorrelation properties of pseudo random code of pseudo-random code phase modulation detector has good range cut-off characteristic and anti-jamming ability, which has been widely used. Pseudo-code phase modulation are introduced in this detector front-end rf circuit working principle, the system simulation to the whole rf circuit, gives the pseudo-code phase modulation of rf circuit design block diagram. Pseudo-code phase modulation radio frequency circuit according to the design index of each circuit are analyzed in theory, use ADS software simulation design, make its meet predetermined targets, analyses the implementation scheme of phase modulator, the simulation results are given. Finally, integrated circuit layout, make practical circuit and debug, test results are given, analyzes the existing problems, and put forward the improvement measures.
