Abstract

Objective acupuncture weight loss efficacy of 14 cases of clear serum, stool sample study to explore the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of simple obesity on the regulation of intestinal flora, and treatment before and after differences in metabolites of the intestinal flora. The reference to the 1997 Fifth National Conference of obesity research to develop simple obesity diagnostic criteria collect obese patients. The treatment taken Meridian lunar by the sun through, Ren, Du main points, and subtraction with the card, spleen deficiency syndrome on the basis of acupuncture plus moxibustion. Every other day treatment, continuous treatment of 10 times as a course of treatment. After three courses of treatment, observe the patient's weight, BMI, waist circumference, blood lipids, blood glucose and other clinical indicators. Do intestinal flora efficacy healed and cured, the level of the 14 patients stool samples, the application liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry (LC-MS) technology to do metabolomics analysis. Culture results of the clinical observation of patients with indicators and intestinal flora, application spssl7.0 statistical software group T-test, P lt; 0.05 significance level significant difference as a significant difference between the standard statistical correlation indicators. Metabolomics analysis using principal component analysis (PCA) method on the data pattern recognition, analysis of intestinal flora metabolism metabolites. Results ① After three courses of treatment, acupuncture weight loss efficacy of 36 cases of obese patients: clinical recovery cases (2.78%), effective in 13 cases (36.11%), effective in 12 cases (33.33%), invalid cases cases (27.78%); total effective rate of 72.22%. ② clinical observation indicators results: after three courses of acupuncture on the change in the weight of obese patients, BMI, waist circumference and cholesterol significant difference (P lt; 0.05), triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein, low-density improvement in lipoprotein and blood glucose was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). (3) intestinal flora culture results: 14 cases of obese patients compared to the pre-treatment of the intestinal microflora and healthy volunteers, the total number of aerobic, anaerobic, the total number of E. coli, Bacteroides were significantly reduced. ( p lt; 0.05), enterococci increased (p lt; 0.05), bifidobacteria and lactic acid bacteria culture results between the two groups was no significant difference (p gt; 0.05); acupuncture treatment, the intestinal flora of obese patients : aerobic total number of enterococci, anaerobes total number, were significantly reduced (p lt; 0.05), The Bacteroides increased significantly (p lt; 0.05); compared with healthy volunteers, patients with intestinal flora need acupuncture treatment The total number of aerobic bacteria, anaerobes, the total number of E. coli were significantly reduced (p lt; 0.05). ④ stool metabolomics analysis showed no significant differences between healthy group and the intestinal flora metabolism of obese patients; After three courses of acupuncture treatment, no significant differences in gut flora metabolism of obese patients . Tip acupuncture treatment no significant effect on the metabolism of the intestinal flora, or experimental program to be further improved. Conclusion Acupuncture weight loss may be adjusted to achieve weight loss mainly by the number of enterococci and Bacteroides involving obese patients weight, BMI, waist circumference, cholesterol, and other important indicators significantly improved effect.
