Abstract


The main stream of government executive functions department’s information facility and application system is moving from traditional pattern to intelligentization, digitization and information-based. Health informatization as one of the "Four structure and eight frame" becomes to the extremely important section of the New Medical System Reform. Moreover, the health informatization mainly involves:resources conformity, illness sickness control, the sanitary supervision, information publish which also offer a first aid service by using information technology to reply the paroxysmal public health event.This paper take the Nanjing health informatization system’s construction as an example, by using my personal working experience on health information system, to analyze how to choose an advanced, stable network construction plan to realize the network communication of all health and medical units as well to the network resource integration. To ensure the safety, stability and highly reliability of the information from the whole health network by doing research on access control technology, redundancy of database and disaster back up copy. This research could improve the medical service efficiency, grade of service, medical service availability and also reduce the cost of medical and medical risk.
