Abstract


Human resource management system is an important part of enterprise management platform. Establish effective human resource management system, can improve the work style, shorten management cycle, reduce the repeated operation hr work flow, improve the efficiency of human resources management work, provide enterprises with decision-making information in time, help enterprise standard management, optimize the work flow, improve the enterprise internal management level. Taking TongLiang power supply company human resource management system as the development object, to improve its human resource management level. In this paper, using the modern human resources management theory, combining the reality of enterprise, based on the analysis of the present situation of domestic and international human resource management system, construct a based on ASP technology and SQL Server database B/S network structure, the MVC framework model of human resource management system. The main function modules of the system implementation including: personnel information management, salary, performance salary management, personnel transfer, technical titles, staff training and attendance management and recruitment management, etc. For system test results show that the system has stable running smooth, good man-machine interface and function division, the advantages of simple operation, can according to complete the corresponding workflow business logic design, and has got the favorable comment of the enterprise in the practical application.
