Abstract


The traditional international freight forwarder is an old but a new concept which has been existing since 10 Gentry A.D. It usually act as an agent in the scopes of freight. And it acts a brige between shipping and trading.Unfortunately, the international freight forwarder’s liability insurance did not attract enough attention, and it’s difficult to play its due role in our country. The relevant theory is also very small. This selection system of the insurance-related research, hoping to reflect their significance, to make the construction industry through the implementation of the insurance system implemented in China.The first chapter is to explain basic issues, to introduce the definition of international freight forwarders and international freight forwarders liability insurance concept features. This paper argues that the introduction of non-vessel carrier shall be necessary to narrow the definition of pattern, so in this article refers specifically to the traditional international freight forwarding agents. International freight forwarding agents for the liability insurance to the insured, its judge according to law the responsibilities of the insured, with the subject of special, limited amount of third party interests and the characteristics of alternative payment.In the second chapter on the basic functions of liability insurance, proposed the building of China’s freight forwarding system is the need for liability insurance; China has initially launched with the basic laws of the insurance environment and market basis, and the operation of the international market has matured, we can draw .This third chapter of our international freight forwarding management system to evaluate the overall situation: first, the problem of freight forwarders liability caused by lack of basic legislation based insurance system instability; second, freight forwarding management system, the status of the confusion caused by unclear responsibilities are unknown.Chapter four on the basis of this analysis, presented to the International Freight Forwarders Liability Insurance building vision. It includes Clearing the basic legislation, the unified management system, the implementation of methods of coverage, terms, and the overall system construction.The last chapter is the summry of the full paper.
