Abstract


Performance management is the core content of the human resource management , and achieve organizational strategic objectives is essential to raise the level of organization and management , improve the incentive mechanism , establish organizational values ??. Prosecution as a legal supervisory authority of the country , especially grassroots procuratorate construction is the basis of all the work of the procuratorial organs , is related to the overall development of the cause of the entire Attorney . How to strengthen performance management to improve the performance of organizations and personnel , has become an important topic in the grass-roots procuratorial organs .
