Abstract


Margin trading is an important measure of our country in order to promote the healthy development of the securities market , improve financial market launch . With the implementation of our pilot margin trading , margin trading had a profound impact on the market , but it also brings the risk of margin trading regulatory challenges . Of margin trading risk regulators in the dark ahead , issued a series of laws and regulations on the pilot margin trading , but many problems still appeared in the pilot process . Through the operation of the pilot phase , the policy of the existing laws and regulations , our margin in the securities market refinancing mode , the existing conflict of laws , specific rules specification imperfect place . Must follow the principle of protecting the interests of investors in the process to improve the regulation of margin trading risk , fair and open principles, the principle of efficiency , regulatory principles in accordance with the law . The premise of adhering to the above principles , the legislative process of the State Council to promote the margin trading business , the development of the laws and regulations of the relatively high level of refinancing mechanisms improve the securities market , a sound guarantee system and other measures to improve our margin trading risk supervision.
