Abstract


\A large number of domestic and foreign research results show that all cities in the urban heat island effect . Sichuan Environmental Protection Bureau (now the Environmental Protection Bureau of Sichuan Province ) project using satellite remote sensing technology to study the dynamic characteristics of the urban heat island effect in Sichuan Province in 2008 . This research work is to be carried out under the above conditions , TM / ETM, ASTER and AVHRR remote sensing data source , research and development of the urban heat island effect of satellite remote sensing data processing platform . The completion of the project include : 1 . Research the urban heat island studies selected satellite sensors (such as : NOAA / AVHRR , TERRA / ASTER , Landsat / TM , the ETM and CBERS / CCD ) technology indicators , characteristics , and data formats software R \u0026 D data to identify needs . Analysis of the current situation of the urban heat island remote sensing research at home and abroad , and theoretical research to determine the urban heat island monitoring methods based on the design of software functions and processes . Research mainstream Universal remote sensing image processing software functions and their respective advantages , master ENVI secondary development technology , and on this basis to establish the technology roadmap ENVI / IDL secondary development direction . According to the application requirements , designed to remove the satellite data noise point algorithms and C # programming optimization function . ENVI platform and IDL language to complete the main function of the urban heat island effect of satellite remote sensing data processing platform . Including : read the input and output of data , data calibration , thermal infrared inversion and reflectivity , geographic projection , vegetation index , temperature field calculation , the calculation of thermal landscape . Achieved through rational design , a combination of each function and processes , ultimately describes the urban heat island characteristics of products . Finally, to achieve the desired objectives , the completion of the research and development of the urban heat island effect of satellite remote sensing data processing platform .
