Abstract


Vocational education for disable people is one of the important development ways for disable people’s self-development, and it is also one of the ways for country to administer state affairs and ensure national security. After many years’development, vocational education for disabled people reduced the pressure of disable people’s employment; protected country’s stability and unity; promoted education fair and equality; provided a platform for disabled people to realize their occupational ideal, meanwhile, it also perfected educational system for disabled people and vocational education system. At present, vocational education for disabled people has great development on size, structure and quality. It also faces many problems in the process of development as lacking of experiences and time of independent development. So, it is of active meaning for vocational education for disabled people to study its status, problem and proposing the countermeasures.This essay starts from the importance of study on vocational education for disabled people, concludes the research trends in this field and then analyzes from theory angle, finds the main problems in this field from the analysis of the status on vocational education for disabled people of china and international china concern, at last proposes several countermeasures based on the practice experiences of international china concern. This essay uses the literature search method、investigation search method and comparative study method.This essay can be divided into four chapters. Chapter One proposes the problem and then concludes the research status on vocational education for disabled people through cleaning up the correlative materials. Chapter Two concludes several theory basis though the analysis of correlative theories. Chapter Three analyzes status of the vocational education for disabled people in china and in case "international china concern", then bring forwards the problems that exist in vocational education for disabled people, like:imperfect of laws and regulations in vocational education for disabled people; lack of education organizations and forms; lack of fund and singularity of channel in financing and lack of teaching resources and so on. Chapter Four proposes several countermeasures like:perfect laws and regulations; enhance social concern; cooperate with foreign countries; balance the area development; strength school-factory cooperation; speed up teacher training from government, education organization and society three aspects based on problems and the experience of that case.
