Abstract


The global economic is not booming besides Chinese consumer auto market. In order to stimulate general consumer’s purchasing desire and enhances automobile’s sales volume, the most effective way is to cut the auto sale price. Reducing the selling price is based on reducing the cost of complete vehicle. But the complete vehicle is constituted by more than 10,000 spare parts. Low-price high-quality spare parts can make the cheap and good vehicle. Comparing to the suppliers in Europe and America, the suppliers in China still can make high-quality and low-price products. But to choice and the appraisal the premier supplier is a complex process.This article mainly bases first-level supplier A Company domestic existing purchasing center for supplier selection and the evaluation criteria on the automobile manufacturer, regarding this exists the question carries on the analysis, and proposed the corresponding improvement program.The article first elaborated the concerned supplier selection’s basic concept and theory. It is clear about the choice principle, the goal and method. A Company has established supplier selection plan step and established the work theory basis. Then the article has carried on the analysis to the A Company existing supplier selection and appraisal flow and pointed out in the A Company supplier selection method exists the insufficiency, needs to improve place. Then it carries on to reorganize using the AHP to the A Company existing supplier selection and appraisal flow, formulates a set to conform to the A Company global purchase project supplier selection and evaluation system finally.
