Abstract


At present, China has entered into the stage of development of accelerated urbanization , how actively and steadily push forward the process of urbanization , fast and stable to promote socio-economic development is a major issue of the 21st century , China must face . Service industries concentrated as one of the manifestations of industrial agglomeration , plays a very important role in promoting the development of urbanization , the interaction between the mutual promotion . Building a harmonious society in the country , and the context of the co-ordination of regional urban development , the research service industries concentrated in Jiangsu Province, the level of urbanization , has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the development of China 's urbanization . This paper first reviews the service industry agglomeration and urbanization theory and related research , then the description and analysis of Jiangsu Province urbanization level of status and service industries concentrated . On this basis , through the establishment of the time series the urbanization level indicators and service industries concentrated indicators between data model and panel data model , an empirical analysis of the services industry in the province and the three regional elaborate service industries concentrated in Jiangsu Province the impact of the level of urbanization . The results show that in terms of the province , the long-run equilibrium relationship exists between the level of urbanization and the service industry spatial concentration level and the local level of specialization , improved service industry spatial concentration level and local level of specialization can contribute to the development of urbanization level Services regional specialization level of urbanization than service sector spatial concentration level . Three regions , Southern Jiangsu Province and the service sector of the Soviet Union in the spatial concentration level and the local level of professionalism and the level of urbanization was a positive correlation between the service sector of local professional level of urbanization role ; Subei areas of service industry the spatial concentration levels with the level of urbanization is positively correlated , while the service sector local professional level and a negative correlation between the level of urbanization , larger service industry spatial concentration degree of influence of the level of urbanization . Finally this paper, the results from the point of view to promote the service sector space layout gathering to enhance the degree of opening up of service to expand the supply of services personnel suggestions to promote the development of urbanization in Jiangsu Province .
