Abstract


Business Credit (Trade Credit) , deferred payment or payment in advance when a credit transaction of goods or services between enterprises , also known as trade credit . In practice , commercial credit , including the form of two strategies : deferred payment and paid in advance . Deferred payment corresponding to different order quantity , the seller provides the buyer a different time for payment . Advance payment and deferred payment on the contrary, the seller requests the buyer must pay a certain amount of their pre-delivery deposit, in order to ensure the seller abundant capital flow and credit risk reduction . Before commercial credit research focuses on the issue of deferred payment , and less attention paid in advance . This paper introduces the research background, paid in advance and conducted a comprehensive study on the impact of commercial credit for all parties in the supply chain . This study determined by the demand advance payment policy of the seller , the buyer , the optimal inventory decisions , and want to be able to provide some theoretical basis for decision-making for bulk buyer in order to face different commercial credit terms conditions . In addition to the total cost as the objective function , introduced in Chapter DCF (Discount Cash Flow, discounted cash flow method ) method , as the objective function requires advance payment of the full purchase price to the present value of the cost of cash flow optimal order batch in the cases studied , and numerical examples are validated model derived optimal order quantities and the relationship between the various variables . The fourth chapter of demand depends on the inventory and credit risk conditions , suppliers of commercial credit decision-making problems . Decided to take a deferred payment or advance payment of commercial credit policies a single distributor and a single supplier in the supply chain , from suppliers to distributors according to the supplier 's credit policy to determine the optimal procurement batch . In the fourth chapter of the study were given a deferred payment of advance payment policy ordering decisions , distributors and suppliers expected profit . Finally, numerical examples comparing the expected profits of the suppliers in different circumstances , and thus provides a theoretical basis for the suppliers of commercial credit policy options .
