Abstract


The transformation of the contemporary classroom teaching , teachers are required to take the initiative to change classroom teaching design concepts and to enhance the ability of instructional design , and reflect the problems of the of teaching design concept and ability to design is increasingly significant impact on the progress and effectiveness of classroom teaching change . Attention and discussion in the classroom teaching change practice how to promote the development and enhancement of the sense of design and capabilities of teachers has become the focus of change of classroom teaching in-depth study . In this study, based on the day-to-day practice of school change , first explained and discussed the problems in the design of classroom teaching practice and the causes , and then the need for a comprehensive analysis of the problem in the teachers , students and classroom to help teachers clear understanding of design problems and cause new way of thinking , on this basis , how to design depth . The first part of the paper describes and summarizes the existing problems in the classroom teaching design and type , will be divided into two categories , the first category is the lack of awareness of the problem of design , second class teachers began to consciously design , but there are four defects in the design : the problem is closed , the crushing of the problem , the problem of ambiguity and the scatter . On this basis, from the teachers' values ??and classroom teaching design awareness and capacity of several in-depth analysis of the reasons contributing to this problem . The second part of the thesis , the starting point of classroom teaching , teacher development and student development in these two areas as a starting point , demonstrated the reality of classroom teaching design at the matter of classroom teaching and into the classroom teaching with necessity . The third part of the thesis , rooted in the day-to-day practice of classroom teaching , the depth of the problem of classroom teaching design strategy . First of all , the value lead to reposition classroom teaching design principles specific to the active development of the students for the purpose, and put forward the following four basic principles: the principle of targeted , the principle of openness , the structural principles and progressive principles . Then how to effectively design issues on specific situations , discusses one by one from the class type , grade segment two relatively basic dimensions .
