Abstract


The labor mass incident is caused by labor group dispute. In recent years, the quantity of the labor mass incidents increases rapidly and part of such incidents become to be illegal and the crucial factor leading the society to be unrest for the incompleteness of the governmental mediation mechanism. Both two parties’interests and their psychological situations in dispute keep changing with the development of the labor mass incident. We should pay attention to take such measures as warning in the early stage and analysis of the interest conflict and balance between parties in dealing with the labor mass incident. We should bring strike into the categories of legal form of labor mass incident for the purpose of the balance between labor and management. Moreover, we should build the multiple mediation mechanism and guide social forces to deal with the labor mass incident. In the handling process, the cooperation between the relevant governmental departments should also be enhanced.
