For continuous replenishment electric furnace temperature control system , RBF-ARX modeling of the nonlinear system , and the application of the model - based predictive control algorithms in the real-time control of the temperature system , the study of modern control theory in industry control applications with a certain referential significance . First, highlight the RBF-ARX model structure . RBF-ARX model RBF network function coefficients of the ARX model the approximation obtained a global model , the model is able to describe the dynamic characteristics of the nonlinear system near the operating point , global RBF-ARX model online calculation , state-space form of expression can be obtained locally linear model of the current operating point , directly as a predictive model based on the state-space model can reduce the online computation . Electric furnace temperature system for continuous replenishment modeling RBF-ARX and ARX model , comparing the the step predicted effect of the two models , global dynamic draw RBF-ARX model can better describe nonlinear systems characteristics. Followed by the development of the the Kingview monitoring of the temperature control system platform . Predictive control of nonlinear systems is given based on RBF-ARX model predictive control algorithm , built temperature Simulink simulation platform based on the algorithm , the system gives the simulation results . Introduced a unified Simulink clock with the PC clock to achieve synchronization of real-time control method , Simulink Kingview software DDE real-time communication between the Normal state , based on the S-Function built temperature system is based on RBF-ARX model predictive control algorithm Simulink real-time control platform . Finally, the temperature of the heating and cooling characteristics , proposed using two sets of PID parameters switching PID control method . Compare the RBF-ARX model - based predictive control algorithm and PID control algorithm for real-time control of the temperature control effect , draw the former has better dynamic characteristics , static characteristics and strong robust performance , which is based on RBF-ARX model predictive control the method for the temperature control of the system is effective.
