Abstract


GMD company is a commitment to LED lighting landscape lighting company , the company set LED landscape lighting , LED control system R \u0026 D , production , engineering, installation and other functions in one , has successfully created a \sea ??Bridge, the world University Games in Shenzhen LED art landscape lighting , and other national key projects . LED landscape lighting is becoming increasingly fierce competition in the industry , GMD facing great pressure on the market , therefore , need to be studied GMD company's development strategy , scientific planning its future path of development . This article take the theory with actual research methods , through the review of strategic management theory and analysis tools , combined with my years of working experience in the GMD , and access to a large number of industry data and internal information , the final completion of this study job. This paper first introduces the development of its energy saving and environmental protection advantages of LED technology ; then analyze the LED industry development momentum in the different fields of application ; then analyzes the trends of the rapidly growing popularity of LED landscape lighting industry in the country . Outer environment , the use of the the PESTEL model analysis of the impact GMD development of the company 's political , economic , social , technological , legal and other macroeconomic environment ; five forces model analysis of the competitive structure of the landscape lighting industry ; derived based on the external environment GMD provides a good opportunity for the development of the national key projects , but at the same time reveals a vicious competition within the industry , the issue of light pollution development threat . Internal environmental analysis , by analyzing the GMD company's enterprise resource enterprise capacity management level , corporate culture , and other factors , and competitors compared to arrive at GMD company's competitive advantages and disadvantages . Finally SWOT analysis tools summed up the company the advantage of GMD , weaknesses , opportunities and threats ; GMD company and then on this basis should be the implementation of the development strategy objective gathering and differentiated from human resources , research and development , marketing , corporate culture , etc. given in the company 's strategy for implementation of the proposed GMD . The conclusions of this paper in addition to the GMD company itself has guiding significance , LED landscape lighting industry enterprise reference and reference .
