Abstract


ERP is not just an advanced management ideas , it is a combination of management thinking IT system is an effective way of modern information technology enterprises . The ERP project will be implemented in the face of a long cycle , invested wide range of characteristics . The implementation of ERP face enormous risks , many companies in the implementation of ERP projects fail to achieve the desired goals , and some also suffered heavy losses . The purpose of this study is to explore ways to regulate how the way through the project management of ERP construction projects in order to reduce losses and achieve business goals . Paper -based ERP theory and the theory of project management , and construction projects of the Friends of the ERP system is selected as the object of study , the focus on risk management and a range of management theory in the process of the implementation of the project , to explore the scope of the project management and risk management specific methods. Firstly, an overview of the ERP literature review and project management theory , combined with the specific circumstances of the author 's company , and analysis of the various steps in the ERP system implementation process , the necessity and feasibility of the proposed range management and risk management , and the use of project management theory the proposed scope management and risk management methods , combined with relevant data to evaluate the ERP system implementation effect , and finally put forward a range of management and risk management recommendations in the implementation of ERP . The study concluded that the project management model helps to improve the level of implementation of the company 's ERP system , able to achieve better economic efficiency , effective project management and effective risk control and scope management enterprise to a successful implementation of ERP security . This article concludes a key factor as well as the scope of the SMEs in the successful implementation of the ERP project management and risk control methods .
