Abstract


The main content of this paper is to study how to optimize the performance of the database application system based on ORACLE EBS . Performance issues final performance in the operational phase of the database system , and cause performance problems because there are likely to occur in the database and its application throughout the life cycle of the system at any stage , optimized content should cover the operating system , applications , database instance , physical storage and logical storage , database optimization requires a comprehensive consideration of all these factors . This paper describes the ORACLE EBS products of the enterprise-level detection, diagnosis and treatment of database performance problems , four levels starting from the database optimization and adjustment : the first level adjustment for the operating system , including the hardware platform , the second ORACLE EBS performance level is adjusted to the ORACLE RDBMS level , third level adjustment for the database design level , final level adjustment for SQL, PL / SQL level , combined with the greatest impact several key system global area , tables and indexes optimize the design as well as the necessary SQL optimization , detailed analysis , and clear the impact of these issues on database performance . There are large volumes of data the ORACLE EBS in the actual application , the application of the frequent changes in the characteristics of paper through multiple Optimization Case reference solution in the optimization of enterprise-level database applications .
