Abstract


Management of corporate investment and financing has been the core of the financial management of content , as the two aspects of the enterprise fund movement , investing activities and financing activities are closely related . Measurement of the matching degree of investment and financing , evaluation , and study its impact on the enterprise market value , has a strong practical significance to promote the enterprises to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of funds to enhance the profitability of listed companies with the anti- risk ability . This thesis is divided into five parts . The first chapter . The second chapter of the theoretical basis . The third chapter of the listed companies to establish investment and financing matching degree evaluation index system . Chapter of the investment and financing listed companies based on the combination of empowerment evaluation model to establish the degree of matching . Chapter V listed company cast finance matching degree of empirical research . The main work of this paper are: ( 1 ) define the concept of matching investment and financing , investment and financing of listed companies matching degree evaluation index system . Investments in listed companies with financing issues into a framework , considering the investment and financing in the coordination of the six areas of the quantity, duration, dedicated , liquidity , risk and cost of profitability configuration . (2 ) the establishment of the investment and financing of listed companies matching degree evaluation model . Of SFC Industry Classification code C7, machinery, equipment , instrument manufacturing industry listed companies as research samples , empirical analysis of the matching degree of the status quo of China's manufacturing industry investment and financing of listed companies , the analysis of its own investment and financing matching problem to provide a reference for the listed companies . To cast financing matching degree between the market value of the relationship by the Pearson correlation of listed companies , and further validate the significance of the match the extent of the investment and financing , and to provide new ideas for listed companies to improve their market value .
