Therefore, enterprise future development speed and competitive power the size, more decisions the intangible asset quantity which and the quality will have in the enterprise, the people also further realized that will take enterprise’s intangible asset important component, the talented person plays the very important role.In today’s social labor division more and more clear, in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition, we need to enterprise staff more professional, facing the serious challenge, the enterprise must maintain continuous learning ability, and constantly tracking rapidly advanced technology and management ideas, can have a place in the broad market. Then, an increase of human resources continuous investment, strengthen the education training for employees, improve the quality of employees, enable the human capital continued appreciation, and thus constantly improve enterprise performance and achieve their strategic planning, become the consensus of entrepreneurs.
