Abstract


The rapid development of e - commerce has brought opportunities for China 's current reform of the tax collection system , but it also brings the trials and challenges , it appears the current tax system applicable in the conservative trade constitutes a great impact , especially on the existing tax management model , posed a severe challenge to the tax system . How to implement the state's tax policies and regulations , enhance the level of taxation of electronic commerce , and play to the functions of economic regulation of the tax agency , maintain a positive interaction between the e-commerce taxation of e-commerce has become an important issue of the tax workers . Agricultural e-commerce taxation is an important content of the e-commerce taxation , this article is the entry point for the development of e-commerce taxation situation and development countermeasures , combined with e-commerce transaction process and the operational characteristics of a comprehensive analysis of the challenges facing the e-commerce taxation system and tax collection work , from the overall development and application levels , building achievements , problems have been summarized and analyzed in terms of e-commerce taxation status quo , national policy - based solutions and information technology - based solutions , elaborated the existing problems for e-commerce taxation specific implementation measures and steps , and pointed out a feasible diameter for the collection and management of e-commerce taxation . The national policy , to strictly implement the e-commerce tax collection and the legal system , improve the e - commerce tax registration system to regulate e - commerce electronic invoice to verify the location of the e-commerce organizations countermeasures . Information technology solutions , to analyze the current situation of China 's e-commerce taxation information , clear the problems of tax information and impact on the construction of the electronic tax overall planning of the electronic tax system , and on this basis to build a electronic tax system for e-commerce .
