Abstract


As we all know, medical quality management is the core of hospital quality management, as well as the weak links of the current digital hospital. The subject of the medical quality management system is designed for the second People’s Hospital which located in Yibin Sichuan. This hospital currently used the method of labor supervision to realize the management of medical quality, which pays more attention on quality assessment and feedback. This method wasted a lot of human resources and material resources, at the same time, it cannot achieve timely sharing of information and dynamic tracking. Contemporary medical quality management is based on the premise of existing infrastructure, more focus on the quality control on medical aspects than traditional medical quality management method and the control technology gradually changed from deal with the aftermath to the preventive measures. Contemporary medical quality management system who combines advanced computer network technology and information management technology designed to achieve a high degree of hospital information sharing and information integration, promoting the development of digital hospital building.This thesis is divided into six chapters, describes the design philosophy and implementation methods of this system:Chapter I introduces the background, purpose and research significance of this subject. It analyses the status of domestic and international research on the digital hospital, the development trend of medical quality management, and analysis of medical quality management problems.Chapter II combining with the organization and management structure and the medical evaluation criteria of the Second People’s Hospital of Yibin City, Sichuan Province, analysis of the requirements of the medical quality management system .Chapter III focus on the needs of this hospital, introduced the main technical methods for developing the system.Chapter IV basing on the demands and key technology given the overall design (including the development environments, the functional structure and the overall framework of the figure) and give the design of each functional module. Finally introduce the principles of system development.Chapter V described the detailed design of the system and key technologies which included the design and implementations of the main modules, the implementation of key technologies and the interface design of this system. Through the method of the system interface combined with the flow chart of key modules describing the function of the system.Chapter VI summarized the work we done and the vision for medical quality management.
