Abstract


One of hot news in the modern science and technology research is intelligent pattern recognition ,which made computers have vision has already developed into an independent research subjects. It is mainly through the original information of image or video from camera to extract region of interest . IT services to the general purpose of human beings ,which let the humanity to get rid of the repeated boring work, also help people to completed many incapable mission with themselves such as deep-sea survey, etc. The core of Computer vision is a powerful computer, the nature is calculation, and the first step is how to design the model. Face recognition is very popular in machine vision research in the latest . There are two ways to recognize the face, one is from the entire region of observation, the other is from the part region of observation. The system of model of face recognition include three stages : measure the face, determine a group of characteristic, make the feature into the process of decision rules which confirm the face.OpenCV is funded by the Intel-based, which is computer vision of open-source library, mainly by c/c + + functions and class consists of general algorithm, including image data manipulation, image video input and output, basic digital image processing, to the different structure analysed and motion analysis and GUI function. Object-oriented programming method is passed by naturally separate on the problem domain, and is similar with the way of solving the problem of human, simulation of objective world information entity structure and behavior, more directly performance to the process of resolving problems. In object-oriented development method, the object as the most basic element is the core of solving and analysis problem. Object is the things that exist in the world whatever we can see or invisibility. The characteristics of object-oriented programming include encapsulation, inheritance and polymorphism, abstraction. Make the computer learn more about human, also make human can be more understanding computers, people is not only a computer designer but also has the responsibility and obligation to make computer become a real human friends.
