RFID technology not only covering the microwave and electromagnetic theory , but also involves a knowledge of the principles of semiconductor integrated circuits and communication . Because of the many advantages of RFID technology , it has been widely used in various fields such as industry, commerce, transport , control and management . In particular , work in 860MHz ~ 960MHz UHF radio frequency identification system comparison of low- frequency band , have a read distance , faster tag identification , has now become the hotspot of the development of RFID technology in the world . The application of RFID technology in China is still in the development stage , the market prospect is very broad , and the research and development of RFID technology contains a great economic and social significance . This article describes an electronic tag chip based on the standard of the ISO 18000-6C / B RF analog front-end design . The chip is mainly applied in the field of customs import and export container transportation , especially in traditional RF analog front end circuit the lock clutch collection circuit , its main role is to monitor container transport which are opened illegally . The chip is still RF analog front end , digital baseband processor and memory of three components . The paper first describes the situation and development trend of the development of RFID systems at home and abroad , and then introduce the RFID system works . And focus on the works of customs application - oriented label chip , in order to reduce the cost and power consumption of the chip rectifier circuit design based on diode-connected NMOSFET illustrates a low power consumption and without resistance regulator circuit , using relaxation oscillator instead of the traditional ring oscillator clock frequency accuracy of up to 4 % , the demodulator uses a novel adaptive mean generator . The entire chip using TSMC 0.18μmCMOS Mixed Signal Process technology to achieve tapeout , area for 880μm x 880μm . The test results show that , in the the reader effective isotropic radiated power of 4W chip recognition distance 5m ( 16.4 ft ) maximum can be achieved .
