Abstract


In recent years, with the development of the Chinese real estate market, this area has made great achievements. Real estate agents have been developed rapidly with the blooming of real estate industry, then becoming the real estate market non-negligible new industry. But real estate intermediary especially ordinary intermediary market, for these reasons, investment cost is low, management is not too norms, access system is not perfect, entry threshold is lower. The defects above all led to confusion and fierce market competition. Especially the large company and medium company, facing the growing need for a mature information system to manage the company’s operations, improve efficiency, promote enterprise continues to grow and evolve.House property intermediary business system is property intermediary service oriented enterprise management software, the software for house property intermediary enterprises to provide a set of scientific property intermediary service management processes. This system mainly consists of xx company property intermediary management information system development as a background, in the process of development introduces mature enterprise-class solutions, and into the modern enterprise management concept, effectively realized to room, tourists’information such as scientific management, for the development and growth of enterprises, provides powerful management tools.This thesis is divided into seven chapters. First chapter had expounded the background of estate intermediary industry, then made a terse introduction of the actuality and tendency of the real estate intermediary information system; the second chapter gave us a brief recommend what involved the Java EE architecture, EJB technology, IBATIS technology; Then according to software engineering development ideas, thorough anglicizing the users’needs, obtains the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of this system; On the basis of requirement analysis, the thesis proposes the stratification, points module application architecture for the design of the whole system scheme, then expand the management system module, for example, I use UML describes the design and implementation, Finally using black box testing method, the system is verified test results with the user’s requirements, the system performance is good.The results of System operation indicate that both the design which based on a Java EE and the scheme of the estate agents operating systems own the better practicability and feasibility, the use of the system improves the company’s operation efficiency and quality of management, even to promote the service level of property intermediary.
