E-school is the application of modern electronic information technology and management theory, the traditional school for continuous innovation and improvement of the university administration and services through the network technology integration, based on the Internet and campus networks to achieve the organizational structure and work processes optimized restructuring, the promotion of office automation, electronic, networking and sharing of information resources in order to achieve efficient management, to teachers and students and the community to provide high-quality, standardized and transparent services, and ultimately the construction of the digital campus.Yunnan Institute of the Arts in electronic school building has for many years, has built a number of sets of systems, but relatively strong independence between the systems.
