Abstract


In recent years , Web public opinion occur frequently , especially with sensitive content on the Internet event , the major events at home and abroad , often in a very short time , causing concern of Internet users in the country to form a Web Public Sentiment events , a serious threat to national security . Has an important role in the in these Web Public Sentiment events , netizens expressed their views on the left and right of public opinion toward even be regarded as a \Therefore, fast and accurate understanding of the views expressed by visitors grasp of public opinion toward development trend analysis of public opinion , has a very important significance . However, the existing web of public opinion at home and abroad early warning system is not in-depth views on mining , but only emphasized the identification of events of public opinion . On the basis of public opinion, the theoretical analysis and opinion mining technologies applied to the Web public sentiment warning system , in order to achieve the grasp of the views expressed by visitors to guide public opinion toward the purpose . Opinion mining is the use of natural language processing technology to automatically extract emotional tendencies as well as evaluating subjective text object . The traditional opinion mining is based on the corpus of product reviews , Web public opinion corpus is the news reports and other fact- based objectivity text . Therefore , traditional opinion mining and can not accurately and efficiently find the comments made by netizens in the event of public opinion Web . Based on the characteristics of the Web public opinion corpus of fine-grained Web public opinion opinion mining method based on dynamic knowledge base , the Internet users not only from the overall analysis of public opinion on a Web event emotional tendencies and effective mining opinion evaluation the object , that is, the views theme . Emotional tendencies analysis , we constructed a novel structure of the emotional dictionary , and the dictionary consider the part of speech of the words the emotional value . Also emotional tendencies analytical methods based on voting strategy , the method combined with adverbs of degree , negative words , and punctuation , netizens opinions emotional tendencies value can be calculated more accurately . Finally, the proposed method is applied to the Web public sentiment warning system , and achieved good results prove the effectiveness of this method .
