Abstract


Talent Dispatch is a method of service about talent, which is the right talent person who is recruited to the enterprise by talent dispatch company according its needs.Along with the rapid development of industry, talents increased mobility, the talent dispatch company has a great requirement in management of the information of the Talent Dispatch. According to the existing Human resources management system found,it could’t satisfy the requirement of the upgrade and the maintenance to the additional function.Therefore, it’s necessary to develop a new System, which based on Web technique.Talent Dispatch system takes Tomcat as Web server,Oracle as database,and using JSP to achieve the control of the connection to database and the browser. The architecture takes Browser/Server, this system include the data support level, the application support level and the collaborative office platform, information security and system management throughout all levels.The business develop too fast, system can’t satisfy,causing the embarrassing phenomenon that something is inconsistent inside and outside company is solved,to make the inner management synchronize with the business development by the new system,eliminating the barrier of the information communication, to provide the user whice the environment is integrated, cycled and Integration of application.To make transaction that takes up time has been greatly shorten, not only improving efficiency, and optimizing human resources.
