Abstract


With the continuous development of computer information technology, the application of computer technology and Internet technology has brought the profound impact to people’s daily life and work. The daily operations of enterprise are increasingly dependent on information management systems. Under of heavy office tasks, how to improve the supervision of office efficiency and use of resources for leadership decision-making to bring accurate, detailed data quickly become an important issue. Currently, the supervision work of some companies rely entirely on manual completely, often resulting in low efficiency of supervision, unclear and weak process control, performance evaluation is difficult and so on. Work through information management supervision can effectively address these deficiencies.In this paper, as an enterprise to the research object, deficiencies and shortcomings of the former traditional supervision work that relied entirely on manual are analyzed firstly, and by analyzing the characteristics and patterns of supervision work, combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, this company developed a suitable supervision management information system, the system interface design adhere to the graphical user interface (GUI) design principles, intuitive interface, transparent to the user. Implemented centralized management based on B / S (server / browser) of enterprise supervision management information system framework. The system is analyzed and designed accordance with the methods of software engineering strictly, determining the system’s overall structure, ER Diagram (Entity Relationship Diagram), database tables and so on.This system achieved that the whole process of supervision work’s operation and management online, the achievement of organizing, projecting, assigning, contracting, reminding, feedback, random inspection, accomplishing, reporting and other aspects of the work online operations and increase the efficiency of supervision. System uses the B / S model, the information is assigned to the Web server and the SQL Server 2000 database can be accessed by Web server, implementation of the operation to the data.Some problems caused by supervision work done entirely on manual can be effectively solved by information management of supervison work.Such as supervision work is inefficient, responsibilities is unclear, process control is weak, performance evaluation is difficult and so on.
