Teacher Information Management System is an institution in a variety of information management part, for school administrators is very important, with the development of teaching management model, the original teacher management system has not adapted to real needs . The rapid development of computer technology and application of technology to the public, the opening of the campus network, but also makes the management of teachers on the campus network system design and implementation possible. To meet the needs of modern education, information age, Sichuan Vocational and Technical College urgent requirement for new development complement the development of modern teaching integrated information management system for teachers, for which, the paper proposes the design concept of integrated management system for teachers.This study is based on MVC design patterns, using J2EE related technology and Struts framework of sichuan vocational and technical college teacher management system design and implementation, in line with the business logic and the presentation layer logic, the principle of separation of system and reasonable planning and design, and on J2EE technology, on the basis of the deep analysis on the system the detailed design, architecture out required, reliable, portable, easy integration, flexible and efficient teachers information management system. System is divided into six parts:The first chapter is an introduction, describes the system development background, significance and status of such research projects put forward the need to develop the system.The second chapter is related technologies based mainly on system development models, methods, techniques and principles related presentations were made and compares the differences and characteristics of development model, provides a theoretical basis for the article.The third chapter needs analysis, Sichuan Vocational and Technical Institute for the network status and teachers comprehensive information management system processes and characteristics of the system carried out a detailed needs analysis. Chapter IV for the system design, describes the design of the system development process and content, including system architecture design principles and system architecture design, and supplemented by timing diagram; detailed analysis of the factors that affect the database design, and implement the database logic design is given and the key technologies and part of the system interface and code.Chapter V discusses the system’s security system construction plan, security system from the system, three aspects of network and data security system of a comprehensive treatment of the construction program.Chapter VI Summary and Outlook section of the summary of the completed system, and the development prospect of the next step.
