Abstract


In the contemporary era, with the dramatic development of society and culture, personal psychological adaptation is facing serious challenges and the problem is not much better of vocational college students, so high attention are paid to the issue in colloge.In the past 30 years, domestic mental health education has made great progress with the effort of psychologists and educators. However, little attention was paid to the psychological records management and complete psychological records management system did not construct, so a lot of useful and important data and materials were not managed scientifically and lost which makes a great loss of mental health education.Due to the mentioned reasons, investigation of psychological records management is very necessary and urgent. In addition, a set of scientific and operable psychological records management information system can either meet the need to make a good management of psychological records, or make a full and accurate record of psychological records which is crucial for lucubrating mental health of college student. In order to overcome the insufficiency of current psychological records management and enhance the quality and efficiency of psychological records management in Chongqing media vocational college, the study aims to design and develop a set of psychological records management information system based on the theory of management information system and psychological record management, as well as existing cases in the field.The psychological records management information system of Chongqing media vocational college is planned and designed by the System Development Life Cycle Approach. In detail, its user interface and communication with database are developed by Delphi 7.0 software and database is supported by SQL server 2000 management software, meanwhile, Client/Server Mode is used in the system.The psychological records management information system is designed to provide functions of private information management, class information management, psychological test information management, psychological counseling records management etc. for the students, school psychologist and class tutor. The psychological records management information system aims to build a management information system of demography, psychological test information and psychological counseling records and improve the quality and efficiency of psychological records management.
