Abstract


Telephone voice signals interact analog signal transmission used in the day - to - day work and life as a simple and convenient means of communication is widely used , but the single answer , call in increasingly high demand for voice information management era can not meet the needs of the user , with reference to the existing telephone CTI technology to achieve the expansion of its function to become a new growth point . This thesis, it is to address the problem , focusing on the traditional telephone functions expansion needs , with reference to the CTI technology using visual basic 2008 development tools , design and development of the information management system based on VB CTI phone voice , the basis of in -depth analysis of telephone users demand on traditional phone voice message management system through the preparation of the phone voice program to achieve the effective expansion of voice information management functions , mainly reflected in : 1 . caller judgment can be user- defined classification of caller information classification management , especially with the automatic pre-processing functions of harassing phone calls , blacklist ; 2 . caller automatically extract data records provided to the user -assisted calls ; 3 . caller voice message recording , call recording function and can record at least 2,000 hours of recording information ; 4 . caller ID information automatically warehousing functions; synchronization with the incoming signal display visual caller's information management and editing interface ; caller information prompted a variety of useful features . Higher rate of daily phone calls \the voice information application testing , and effectively improve the efficiency in the use of the phone , and extends the voice management features , harassing phone calls can not be resolved before nearly four preset control , successfully realized on the disposal of six blacklist each item data entry , query , delete, and voice recording function properly and timely prompt important incoming customer information in an incoming call , the user of the good to realize the computer-aided management of telephone voice messages .
